Forensics Investigation
Sun Wah Pearl Linux Training and Development Centre: Sun Wah Pearl Linux Training and Development Centre (SWP) was jointly established by The Sun Wah Group and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University at the end of 2000. The centre, which began with offering Linux open source operating system support, had developed into a centre that provides a variety of specialized master programmes in the field of forensic investigation..
After analysis, the centre relocated in 2005, determined to make proper use of technical resources in the centre in contribution to consolidate the position of Hong Kong as an international financial centre for the long term, with special emphasis on the development of technological researches on information security, computer forensics and forensic accounting. The centre began to expand its cooperation with relevant technology providers from around the world in 2005, to introduce high-end computer forensic equipment from the United States, Britain, Germany, Israel, Russia and other countries to Hong Kong. Moreover, the centre started to cooperate with the prestigious University of Glamorgan in UK to introduce unique master programmes to Hong Kong, including
- MSc Forensic Audit and Accounting (April 2012 intaking).
- MSc Computer Forensics (April 2012 intaking), and
- MSc Computer Systems Security (April 2012 intaking),
So far, Sun Wah Pearl Linux Training and Development Centre is still the only provider of these high-end and unique master programmes in Hong Kong.

有關新華理大培訓及研發中心：
新華理大培訓及研發中心 (Sun Wah Pearl Linux Training and Development Centre) 於2000年底由香港理工大學及新華科技集團攜手成立。中心由最初提供開放源代碼的 Linux 作業系統的支援開始，發展至今提供多元化的電腦相關技術證書課程及專案的碩士課程。 經分析後，中心於2005年重新定位，銳意適當地運用中心之技術資源，為長期協助鞏固香港國際金融中心的地位作貢獻。 尤其著重發展資訊安全、電腦法證、會計法證之技術研究。 中心於2005年開始跟世界各地的相關技術供應機構拓展合作，為香港引入來自美國、英國、德國、以色列、俄羅斯等國家之電腦法證等高端儀器。 更於2005年開始，與英國著名學府格拉摩根大學 (University of Glamorgan) 合作，為香港引入富高度獨特性的碩士課程， 當中包括有電腦系統保安碩士課程、電腦法證碩士課程、會計法證碩士課程等。 至今，新華理大培訓及研發中心仍是唯一在香港經營這類型高端、高度獨特性碩士課程的提供商。
