Director Financial Forensics (Our Ref.: BI-AF-GC-177-08)
Main Responsibilities:
This position requires professional forensics work dealing with well established clients, such as government, large corporate and major legal firms, often in sensitive matters. It is your overall responsibility to develop the Company’s forensic services capability. You are expected to understand the chain of custody issues in evidence for civil/criminal matters and analyze and apply rules and procedures for interview of witnesses and suspects. These procedures may include procedural fairness, recording and warnings. Furthermore, you are responsible for document management protocols and procedures for large cases. You are also expected to give expert evidence in court proceedings.
Key Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business with major in Accounting
- 10+ years of experience in managing accounting forensics in relevant accounting environment
- Ability to reconstruct and analyse complex accounting transactions, records and financial statements
- Skilled in preparing written reports for various stakeholders
- Ability to distinguish and decide upon relevant theoretical approaches
- Strong ability to identify key tasks and actions to complete assignments
- Ability to delegate work efficiently and monitor and review its completion
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be an asset

Senior IT Audit Manager - Computer Forensic
Main Responsibilities:

Computer Forensics Director (Our Ref.: BI-IT-PB-163 -08)
Main Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for leading the computer forensic investigations, data recovery and electronic
discovery requests for corporate clients, using proprietary methodologies and cutting edge forensic tools
- Oversee computer forensic investigations to ensure confidentiality is maintained, as well as, such
activities are responsive to Corporate Security and Legal Department direction and needs
- Manage corporate information security standards and guidelines development and deployment ranging from
network security to internet and application usage standards and guideline
- Responsible for IT Compliance, Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response and Security
Awareness Programs
- Ensure superior proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer and network
vulnerabilities and exploits.
- Monitor and communicate changes in regulations, and legislation that affect information security and
other areas of risk management
- Ensure the proper conduct of examinations & investigations of computer related crimes, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor / MSc degree and 8+ years of experience in computer forensics and/or IT security, preferably,
preferably in fraud/litigation/investigations environment.
- A goo understanding of general database concepts and development, application development, networking
architecture, systems security and/or computer forensics.
- Must have a general knowledge of document management; hardware and software troubleshooting; electronic
mail systems, such as Exchange and Notes; Microsoft Office applications; intrusion tools; and computer
forensic tools such as EnCase, X-Ways, FTK in addition to foreign language support
- Experience in conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and ethical hacking are desirable
- The candidate must be able to conduct exams on compromised computers and servers
- Proficiency in conducting live analysis on networks, and multiple platforms is desired
- Detail-oriented, and must be able to interact with other staff and clients, in person or by phone
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Technical certifications or demonstrated progress towards certifications, in the aforementioned
technical areas are beneficial such as EnCE, CCE, CFE, CFCE, CISSP, MCSA, MCP, CNE, CISA, MCSE or equivalent
qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with the following operating systems: Windows, Linux or UNIX, and DOS
- Knowledge of law enforcement and investigative procedures
- Strong communications skills to explain technical issues to clients and attorneys
- Experience with managing people, projects, and, internal and external relationships required
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
